You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or modify any part of the MBS Xojo Plugins.Ĭhristian Schmitz Software GmbH reserves the right to cancel the license key(s) of any user who Christian Schmitz Software GmbH determines is in violation of this agreement. You agree to not deliver any compiled application without a license. You are free to test the plugins in demo mode inside the Xojo IDE without time limit. If you would like to use Xojo for commercial purposes you must first upgrade from an academic license to a commercial license. If you are using an academic license key, you are restricted from using the plugins for any revenue-generating activity, such as selling the software you create. You may transfer your license to another person only after receiving written authorization from Christian Schmitz Software GmbH and only if the recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. You agree to only use the license key provided directly to you by Christian Schmitz Software GmbH. If you share source code with a client, your client must have his own license key. You agree not to share your MBS Xojo Plugins license key with anyone. You are entitled to use one MBS Xojo Plugins license key only with one Xojo license key. Demo users: you may use the MBS Xojo Plugins for testing inside the Xojo IDE.Ĭhristian Schmitz Software GmbH, of Nickenich Germany is the owner, developer and sole copyright holder of this product, which is licensed -not sold- to you on a non-exclusive basis.Academic users: you cannot use the MBS Xojo Plugins for commercial purposes.You agree to hide your license key inside your applications so nobody can read them without disassembling the code.You agree not to share your license key or use someone else's key.You may use your license key with one licensed Xojo installation.
